Steve recently booked two vacations for myself and my family. My first trip was to Jamaica followed by a Virgin Voyages cruise embarking from Portsmouth, UK. This was our first time booking a tour package (Spain & Portugal) through a travel agent and the FunTimeTraveler team went above and beyond in making sure that we got the best deal. They guided us before the trip, monitored the situation(March 2020 - Covid 19)during the trip and checked if we had a great time after the trip.

I met Steve, though my sister, when he arranged our mother's 80th birthday trip to Spain, Portugal and France. The trip eventually became a mother-with-all-daughters trip. It was planned efficiently and was scheduled a year in advance before we all left for the trip.
Steve offered a very personalized service. He was always on top of things. When the pandemic hit Europe in March of this year, we were in the middle of our trip. He immediately contacted us and offered options and informative advises on what actions we needed to do. We cut our trip short and we were unable to proceed to France. But because Steve made an advance suggestion for us to get travel insurances, we were able to claim back the amount of the unused portion of our trip.
I am comfortable in availing of Steve's travel expertise in the future. In fact, our family of three will be taking an Alaskan cruise in August 2021 based on his recommendation.
